Corned Beef King started in 2011 as a Montgomery County food truck with one simple goal: bring fresh, real deli food to the DMV. Founder Jon Rossler grew up surrounded by deli traditions and took that passion to the road — renting a truck, rolling up his sleeves, and building something from scratch. What began with big flavors and bigger dreams has grown into one of Rockville's most beloved neighborhood delis.
