"The puff-pastry-wrapped marvel was just the kind of carbohydrate/umami bomb we crave on a cold day."

"...serving up some of the area’s best deli sandwiches."

Rated #2 favorite food truck by Washingtonian Magazine

"Rossler slowly cures... into a richly salted, nearly buttery meat that can stand on its own."

"This is one of the three best Reubens I’ve ever had..."

"It’s hard to pinpoint what the best part of the sandwich is, because all the components work together in such a beautiful way."

Hey Jon,

I ordered the Veggie Reuben from your 5601 Fishers Lane location today at Lunch. Delicious! I read Bethesda Magazine's review, Corned Beef King mobile eatery is serving some of the area’s best deli sandwiches, and really have to agree with them, you do make a top-notch sandwich. The bread matched the contents, the hot sauerkraut worked well with the baked eggplant, and everything came together creamy even without mayo or cheese. It's the kind of food that fills not just the stomach, but the soul.

Bonus points: your food truck comes right to my corner on Tuesdays, right by 8200 Wisconsin where I live. Too bad I'm at work during lunch! I'll try and send folks your way though.

Thanks,

Hi Jon & Crew,

Everyone loved you here at Vocus! Even those who claim they don’t like corned beef said it was melt-in-your-mouth good. Here are some of their comments:

'Corned Beef on rye, with a drizzle of brown mustard. 'Like buttah', no kidding. This stuff melts in your mouth, no joke. I love pastrami, but the guy insisted on the CB, and he was right.'

'Corned Beef on Rye with Swiss and Russian Dressing...Brilliant!! this place is a close second in my humble opinion to the 'Go Fish' Truck.'

'One vote for the turkey on rye with slaw. Awesome but tryptophan kicking in--think I'll head to the spa.'

'The corned beef is AWESOME. Seriously melts in your mouth here. Got the potato salad and sweet maui onion chips (and a cel-ray soda) as sides, but man, two snaps in a circle for the corned beef!'

Please come back next month! Let me know when you’re free. And if you could tell me how many sandwiches you sold today, that’d be great!

Thank you,
